I rely on active listening, candid conversation, and questioning assumptions to best understand the variables and constraints in play before suggesting approaches or solutions. All the while ensuring that any direction that our solutions take us, is in service to the larger organizational vision and mission.

Culture eats EVERYTHING for breakfast, and culture is defined by both the best, and more often by the worst behavior that is tolerated, communicated, and praised in teams and in organizations. Every people-oriented initiative I take on factors in the culture that exists, the culture that is desired, and the work to be done both by individuals and the organization to achieve and sustain that desired state.
